Onboarding | Before the Work Starts

Onboarding to site can be a tricky process. Especially when all the different mining houses and clients have their own processes that we have to follow before we can get onto site. Our Terra Monitoring team recently had to undergo full training for the Passport 360 onboarding platform. Intricate as it is, this system allows our teams online access to all the training modules needed for onboarding, an online booking system for the medicals, and access to vital information regarding the project. This is a quick and safe procedure to follow to get our teams on site as soon as possible.

We recently also purchased a new light vehicle for our team, kitted out with all the bells and whistles to ensure that they are safe on the roads and that the vehicle they are accessing site with meets all our safety requirements.
