Today, through a continued policy of upgrading of staff and equipment through training, replacement and maintenance, Geomechanics is one of the leaders in its field.
Geomech Africa (Pty) Ltd, started in 2006, has a class 4 BEE rating. As a group (Geomech Africa (Pty) Ltd and Geomechanics cc, we employ over 250 people with access to 50 drill rigs. We satisfy the general SED requirements with respect to female participation (five office based) and senior to middle management black employees.
