Driven Pile Systems

GeoPile Africa (Pty) Ltd is pleased to introduce the DUKTUS driven ductile iron pile system, for which we are the exclusive agency and supplier in Africa.

The DUKTUS driven ductile iron pile system is a fast and economical driven foundation system, requiring only a medium sized excavator equipped with a hydraulic breaker-type driving hammer and a specially fabricated driving adaptor.

The pile material is factory quality centrifugally-cast ductile iron, with decades of proven success in all underground applications. The DUKTEC cast iron material has excellent tenacity, ductility, strength, and corrosion resistance properties.

The DUKTUS piling system has a track record over the last 30 years during which time approximately 4 million linear metres of DUKTUS pile has been installed around the World. DUKTUS therefore has a database of pile performance.

DUKTUS piles are self-tested piles due to careful and experienced monitoring of driving records during installation. Therefore, DUKTUS piles often require little or no testing.
